As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Platinum Apparel. We will keep it concise. By placing an order or making a purchase with us, you agree to the terms outlined below and our Policy.

If you encounter any issues with your purchased item or are unsatisfied with it, you have a 2-week window from the delivery date to request a refund and return the item.

To return a product, please ensure it is free from damage. Any customer-caused damage will result in the cancellation of your refund request.

Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be made within 2 weeks of receiving the product. For lost packages, claims must be submitted within 2 weeks of the estimated delivery date. We cover claims deemed our error at no cost to you.

Refunds are processed promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. While we strive to provide the best products, there may be instances where we face inventory or quality issues, leading to order cancellations. Rest assured, you will be informed in advance. If you paid online, your refund will be issued upon confirmation of your request by our team.


We conduct a thorough quality check before processing your order and take great care in packing your product to ensure it arrives safely. Please be aware that Platinum Apparel is not responsible for any damages that may occur during transit or transportation.

Upon receiving your returned product, we will promptly review it. If it meets the criteria mentioned above, we will proceed with issuing a refund for your purchase. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to be processed, but we will notify you once it has been completed.

Shipping
Platinum Apparel does not cover return shipping costs unless there was a printing error or damage from our fulfillment center. In such cases, we will bear the return shipping expenses, even if the item did not originally have free shipping.

Incorrect Address - If the courier deems the address provided as insufficient, the shipment will be sent back to our facility. You will be responsible for the reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed Shipments
Any unclaimed shipments will be returned to our facility, and you will be charged for the reshipment to your address. If the order is not claimed or cannot be reshipped, it will be donated to charity at your expense without a refund.
